Reiki Level 1 Course

Reiki is an ancient healing therapy originating in the East. It is neither a cult, religion nor belief system. It actively promotes the healing process to address physical, mental, emotional, and energetic imbalances. It promotes personal & spiritual growth, expands consciousness and stimulates intuitive, spiritual and creative awareness.

This course is based on the traditional Usui teachings and is the first level in your journey of becoming a healer. You will receive the basic attunement, which opens you up to receive the Reiki energy and empowers you to carry out self healing and also to channel Universal Life Energy to family, friends, pets, plants and for personal growth for the rest of your life. Reiki is entirely compatible with any other treatment.

> Anyone can receive and learn to give a Reiki treatment
> No previous knowledge or training is required to attend a workshop
> It is not a qualification to work on a professional level

This is a 2 day course taking place in West London during mid July 2009 and costs £155.

Reiki Level 2 Course

A 2 day intensive course which enables students to achieve a deeper understanding and commitment to the Reiki energy. During this course, you will work with energy of a higher vibrational rate, giving you much more flexibility in your use of Reiki. The power of the Reiki energy will increase as it comes in faster, feels stronger and the rate of flow is increased. You will learn to focus your mind so that Reiki energy can be sent beyond time and space. This course can be taken after you have completed Reiki 1 and have been practicing regularly for a minimum of 3 months. Upon completion of this level, you will be able to:

> Use a number of sacred symbols to empower your Reiki energy
> Offer distance healing
> Obtain insurance and practice on a professional level

This course should be taken after you have completed Reiki 1 but before you do your Masters Training.

This course will take place in West London at the end of July 2009 and costs £220.


Baby Massage Workshop for Parents and Carers

Who can attend?
No previous experience of massage is necessary. The course is designed for parents, grandparents, foster parents, carers, adult siblings, nannies and other carers.

Workshops are offered on a 1-2-1 or group basis
1-2-1 Sessions - This is a 2 hour session on a one to one basis in one day
Group Sessions - A three week workshop running 1 hour per week (max 6 people)
